Here's our latest information about ordering from us in the run-up to and throughout the festive season:

Recommended latest order dates to ensure delivery before Christmas (UK mainland only) 

• Standard Delivery Service (in-stock items) - Friday 15^th December
• DPD Next Working Day Services (in-stock items) - Thursday 21^st December

Orders containing 'special order' (non-stock) items are not guaranteed to be shipped before Christmas and may not arrive until the New Year.

Closure dates over Christmas and New Year

• Friday 22^nd Dec: Sales and technical support by phone/email will close at midday
• Saturday 23^rd Dec - Monday 1^st Jan: Closed
• Tuesday 2^nd Jan: Despatch and sales & technical support resume.

Last despatch

Our last confirmed despatch date before the Christmas shut down is Thursday 21^st December. Orders may be processed and despatched between the 22^nd December and the 2^nd Jan but this is not guaranteed.

Ordering over Christmas

Please place online orders as normal during our closed dates and we will process them as quickly as possible on our return.  We ask that you bear with us whilst we process the backlog of orders in the New Year and apologise in advance for any delays in despatch.
