We offer various shipping options to suit your needs. Please enter your shipping destination country and (for the UK only) your postcode at the bottom of your basket and the shipping options available to you will be shown in a drop-down menu.
UK Delivery Options
The following tables summarise the delivery services available within the UK:
Orders for next working day delivery should be placed before 3 PM. Orders placed after this cut-off time may still be fulfilled that day but we cannot guarantee this. Orders placed after this cut-off time that cannot be fulfilled will be sent on the next working day.
Please note: Next Working Day services are not available for orders containing special order (non-stock) items because they need to be ordered in from the manufacturer (this includes some reels of cable, sleeving etc.). If a product is a special order item a note will be shown against it in your basket.
UK Postcode Delivery Restrictions
We regret that, due to courier delivery restrictions, Next Working Day delivery with DPD is not available to the following UK postcodes:
A Two Working Day delivery with DPD is available to the following postcodes but will incur an additional shipping charge which will be shown in your basket.
We regret that, due to Royal Mail delivery restrictions, a Saturday Guaranteed service is not available to the following UK postcodes:
International Delivery Options
We welcome overseas customers and regularly ship all over the World.
Once you have selected your country at the bottom of your basket the available shipping options will be shown in a drop-down menu. If you have selected an option that is not available for your destination you will be advised when you enter your shipping details and asked to select an alternative method.
We offer airmail shipping to many international destinations that support end-to-end tracked delivery (maximum parcel weight of 2kg) and DPD courier shipping to European destinations for parcels up to 30kg.
If you select your country and you see a message saying 'The delivery method you have specified is invalid for your location', your country may be a destination for which we do not yet have a shipping option set up or the items in your basket may be too heavy for our existing shipping options. Please contact us for a delivery cost as we will be able to supply you with a shipping cost to your destination and advise the most cost effective method.
International orders, including those shipping into the EU, may be subject to import duties which are the responsibility of the buyer to pay. Delivery times may be longer than advertised if duties need to be paid or extra customs check are required. We are, unfortunately, not able to advise what the level or amount of duties will be in advance of an order being placed.
For orders delivered to businesses in the EU we will require an EORI number for customs purposes before we can ship (to avoid problems, we recommend private buyers have goods delivered to their residential address).
For orders to individuals in Norway we will require a PID number for customs purposes before we can ship.
We aim to despatch in-stock orders within one working day of them being placed (subject to payment authorisation), although despatch is often the same day. Please note that some items are non-stock (e.g. reels of cable) and may take longer to despatch. Where this applies it will be shown on the individual product page and against the item in your basket.
If there is a problem despatching your order or we believe that we may not be able to deliver in the stated timescale we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your options.
Please note that we are not open to despatch orders on weekends or public holidays.
Tracking your order
We want you to be satisfied with the products you have purchased from us so, if you decide you no longer want the goods for any reason, you have a period of 30 calendar days, starting from the day after you receive them, to notify us that you wish to return them to us for a refund (please see exceptions below). Unwanted goods must be returned unused, in their original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging (if applicable) and be in a resaleable condition.
We provide a FREE, tracked returns service via Royal Mail which can be used for most parcels up to 20kg, sent from anywhere within the UK, and parcels can be dropped off at any Post Office or Royal Mail Customer Service Point. Items over 20kg and certain large items (e.g. solar panels) are not covered by our free returns service, so will need to be returned at your cost (we recommend using a tracked and insured service).
Internationally shipped orders are not covered by our free returns service, so will need to be returned at your cost (we recommend using a tracked and insured service).
Refund of delivery charges
If you are returning your entire order then we will refund you the original delivery charge (up to a maximum of £3.95 in the UK - our standard delivery charge for UK orders) but your original delivery charge will not be refunded for part-returned orders. We are not able to offer a refund for cut-to-length or made-to-measure items such as cable, sleeving, tubing, bespoke kits etc. unless the goods are damaged/faulty/incorrect.
IMPORTANT: Please be aware that where international consignments are rejected on delivery, any customs duties, taxes, or return carriage costs that we are charged for items returned to us will be deducted from the refunded total.
