Loyalty Points

We offer a loyalty point scheme for all customers who have registered an account with us (please note that this scheme does not apply to trade accounts). You can sign into your account or register for an account at any time.  If you select the option of checking out as a Guest we cannot assign loyalty points against your purchase and cannot retrospectively award points if you later register an account.

When you purchase products on our website you will be awarded loyalty points which are stored against your account. These points can then be redeemed against future purchases at checkout.

To use your points please make sure you are logged in to your account. On your basket page the number and value of your points against your account will be displayed and you will have the option to use the points to reduce your basket total.

  • For each £1 spent, you will be awarded 1 loyalty point
  • 100 points earned is equal to £5
  • Loyalty points expire 12 months after issue
  • Loyalty points used to purchase goods cannot be re-awarded to your account if you return the goods for a refund

Please note that we do not offer a cash alternative for loyalty points. If you register a standard account that is subsequently converted to a trade account, any accrued loyalty points will be lost and cannot be redeemed.
