End of Year Letter 2023

Hi,

We want to start by thanking you for your continued support during 2023, this year marks our 10^th year in business and it has been a great year for us as we continue to grow as a company.

This growth has made it possible for us to carry on donating to many charities and individuals who are raising money for important causes and we continue to sponsor a local grassroots girls football team. As we have grown as a company, we have also expanded our range of products to include many new lines such as heating kits, rooflights and fans, wi-fi units and much more. This is something that we will continue to expand in the coming year and suggestions from our customers are always welcomed as these conversations have inspired us to bring in a lot of the products in our range so if you have a suggestion, send us an email at sales@12voltplanet.co.uk.

We have continued to provide our DIY customers with the knowledge they need to carry out low voltage electrical work independently with our knowledge centre and blog articles, videos and advice over the phone and via email. We have also seen a significant growth on our social media and YouTube platforms which are well worth following as we post exclusive content on them such as product videos, new product updates, giveaways and advice. In addition to this, we continue to keep our ‘excellent’ rating on Trusted Shops which is something that we are extremely proud of and it goes to show that the hard work we put into providing top quality service to our customers every day, is appreciated.
