Christmas Plans at 12 Volt Planet

Here's our latest information about ordering from us in the run-up to and throughout the festive season:

Last order dates for pre-Christmas delivery (UK mainland only) 

• Standard Delivery Service - Monday 12^th Dec: Due to on-going Royal Mail strike action your parcel may not arrive before Christmas.
• DPD Next Working Day Services - We are currently not offering next-day UK delivery options by DPD due to significant delays across their network. They are also at capacity for deliveries in some areas of the UK, preventing us from booking shipments to those affected postcodes. We expect to be able to offer these shipping options again in the new year.

* Orders containing 'special order' (non-stock) items are not guaranteed to be shipped before Christmas and may not arrive until the New Year.

Closure dates over Christmas and New Year

• Friday 23^rd Dec: Sales and technical support by phone/e-mail will close at midday
• Saturday 24^th Dec - Monday 2^rd Jan: Closed
• Tuesday 3^rd Jan: Despatch and sales & technical support resume.

Last despatch

Our last confirmed despatch date before the Christmas shut down is 22^nd December. Orders may be processed and despatched on the 23^rd but this is not guaranteed.

Ordering over Christmas

Please place online orders as normal during our closed dates and we will process them as quickly as possible on our return.  We ask that you bear with us whilst we process the backlog of orders in the New Year and apologise in advance for any delays in despatch.
