Oceanflex multi-core, 1.5mm² flat-twin cable consisting of 2 cores of tinned, thin wall cable with a white PVC sheath. The tin coating on the copper conductors makes them resistant to corrosion so this is particularly suited for low voltage applications in marine and other harsh environments.
Thin wall cable is used as standard by OEM manufacturers throughout Europe due to its high performance characteristics.

First time i have used tinned. cable so know this will last a long time. No issues with it and have almost completed the task on my small yacht.
Good quality and would reccomend using it in a harsh environment.

The cable was exactly what I wanted. However, what impresses me is the service I get at 12v Planet. Any problems I've had are dealt with by a friendly voice, even when I messed up, so can't fault it.

Oceanflex cable with its thin wall and tinned copper wire is the perfect material for carrying out a rewire of a classic yacht. It is safe, long lasting and takes up much less space and enables a really neat and tidy appearance in the fuse panel so that it is easy to see all connections clearly on switches.
I used plastic trunking inside lockers and the whole job was much quicker and tidier than bunches of old fashioned Thick wall cable as used for domestic purposes.
I used 3 core Oceanflex for wiring the new wooden mast which fitted easily in a cored out channel which was put in new mast so that no external wires.
Service from 12V planet is always excellent. I love the Waygo clip connectors which I use with Silicon Grease for extra protection.

Second order of this cable but I have also purchase a range of cables.
Used on PSV vehicle to replace cables on suspension & wheel sensors which are located near road surface thus have a hard life.

Cable is very good quality, excellent for marine duty, gauge is very good with excellent nickle cable stranding, will use 12 volt planet again.
