Disappointing to discover that the charger will not charge a battery which has fallen to below 8volts
When off grid this would not be unusual after a couple of days!!
Response:
Hi, We are sorry to hear you were Once a lead-acid battery had reached such a low voltage as 8v it would be classed as damaged and would need to be replaced as it would no longer be able to hold a charge. The charger would therefore not charge these batteries for safety. If you have any further need for help then please do not hesitate to get in touch.
