Set of 4 black plastic corner mounting brackets for securing rigid framed solar panels to flat roofs on motorhomes, campervans, caravans, boats or buildings.

These robust plastic brackets enable safe and secure mounting of most solar panels that are housed in an aluminium frame. They can be directly bonded to the flat mounting surface using a suitable polyurethane adhesive/sealant so there's no need for any drilling, and they add only 59mm to the vehicle height.

Installation: Holes should be drilled in each bracket, and corresponding holes in the solar panel frame. The brackets should then be fixed to the solar panel using self-tapping screws (not included). Finally, the brackets can be bonded to the mounting surface using an appropriate adhesive/sealant. Before applying sealant we recommend preparing the mounting surface and the bottom of the brackets with sand paper to provide a key, and then cleaning with panel wipes to thoroughly degrease.

Note: For large solar panels (approx. 120W or greater) mounted on vehicles travelling at speed, we recommend also using a pair of our side mounting brackets for additional security.
