This item seems effective, but I was surprised how short the supplied wire was. It comes as a single loop (not as illustrated) with the two ends of the single piece of wire connected into the two ends of the fuse holder. You thus need to cut the loop before you can use it. The problem is that whilst one wants the distance from supply to fuse to be as short as possible, you then need to be able to connect the other end to something and so you inevitably need to put a join in the downstream piece of wire. It would make sense to supply a bit more wire so there's at least a chance of connecting it up without needing a splice in the wire.
