Lightweight, expandable braided sleeving ideal for bundling cables and offering durable protection against abrasion. This sleeving has an especially high working temperature of 150°C, is flame retardant, halogen free and the open weave construction allows it easily to be expanded to accommodate different loom sizes. It is also easy to thread cables through the weave, enabling you to 'break-out' from the main loom.

Available in various sizes from 3 - 35 mm diameter (contracted size).

Note: The sleeving sizes quoted are the diameter not the flat width. Also note that the sleeving length reduces as it is expanded across its diameter so consider this when selecting the length you require.

Tip: The sleeving is most easily cut with scissors and the ends can be sealed with a flame to prevent fraying. For a professional finish use heat shrink sleeving to to cover the ends or wrap with PVC tape.

Looks professional

Used this to tidy up the wiring after adding relays for headlights. Looks professional when complete.
One thing to consider, when you cut this stuff and put over wires, it will fray. Just clean up the end with a wrap of black insulating tape or loom tape around the cables and sleeve.

Product was two-three inches away from heat gun on glue shrink connectors unfortunately did not withstand heat for long enough, fraying and becoming unusable.
Did state able to withstand heat .
Shame .

Makes the job look very nice. The ends have to be melted to prevent fraying before pushing the cabling through. I just used a hot soldering iron. It’s also worth putting some heat shrink on each end afterwards to complete things

This is fantastic to use. If I had the time I would rebraid all my motorbike wiring with this because it is is easy to use and the results are very neat. I used it to run 3 pole power output from a generator across a v- engine to the rectifier. Because it is expandable and contractable it was easy to thread the wires through the sleeving, then tighten by drawing the ends out and then cut to length. One can then tape the ends. Lovely stuff
