The extremely popular SMEV 9222 hob and sink combination unit from Dometic provides cooking and washing up facilities in the smallest possible footprint, making it ideal for compact spaces. Its folding lids and low profile design enable a virtually seamless integration into the work surface of your campervan or motorhome, and its construction from stainless steel and other high grade materials will ensure years of trouble-free use.
The stylish twin hinged lids are made from black safety glass so are toughened and heat resistant, and they provide an additional work surface when closed. Having split lids rather than a single larger lid offers maximum versatility in confined areas, providing an additional work area either when cooking or washing up.
The twin burners have removable black pan supports for easy cleaning, and the gas controls and ignition button are recessed within the unit so they're covered when the lids are closed. The piezo ignition requires no 12V supply and the burners feature a flame-failure gas cut-out safety system. The sink has a 39mm hole to accept a folding tap (not supplied) and comes with a waste kit with 20mm connection (see 'Further Information' below).
Note: This is the updated HSG 2370 version of the 9222 which has black pan supports and re-designed gas control knobs. Supplied as a bare unit with a waste outlet kit to fit to the plug hole, but no gas or water fittings included. Tap not included and shown for illustrative purposes only.

We recommend using 19mm waste pipe and warming it up to fit over the 20mm waste outlet. This ensures a nice tight seal when combined with a double wire hose clip.
Gas connection can be made using either an 8mm straight connection (for rigid pipe) or a gas nozzle connection (for flexible hose).
The manufacturer's warranty does not cover this unit for marine use (either inland or coastal).
