This page provides the latest information regarding the impact of the COVID-19 situation on our operations.


Ordering

We are open for business as normal but are asking customers to place orders online as we are currently limited in our ability to take telephone orders. 

There has been some impact on our supply chains, with distributors affected and transportation routes disrupted, so the restocking time for some products may be longer than normal, with a limited number of products out of stock until further notice. Please contact us if you require availability information for a specific item.

Shipping and delivery

We aim to process all orders (excluding those containing 'special order' items) within 24 hours, however, this may be longer at the present time due to high demand and reduced staffing levels, so we ask that you bear with us and we will ship your order as soon as possible.

Postal and courier delivery networks within the UK continue to operate, however, parcel volumes are exceptionally high so deliveries may take longer than normal. Please note that Next Day delivery options are not currently available on our website.

Enquiries

Due to a high volume of sales enquiries we may not be able to answer all telephone calls. We will endeavour to return all voicemails but, for a faster response, we encourage customers to e-mail us or use the 'Help' button located in the bottom left-hand corner of our website.
