Delivery options - UK
Within the UK we offer either a standard or next working day delivery service (next working day available for mainland UK only). The following tables show the charges and delivery times for these services:
* Highlands and Islands destinations may not be available for large/heavy items where a delivery surcharge applies.
Orders requiring next working day delivery should be placed before 2 PM. Orders placed after this cut-off time may still be fulfilled in time for courier collection but we cannot guarantee this. Orders placed after this cut-off time that miss the collection will be sent on the next working day.
Royal Mail delivery times shown are not guaranteed but the vast majority of shipments arrive within the times stated (excluding Sun for Royal Mail, Sat/Sun for courier and public holidays for all shipping methods).
Non-Mainland UK Postcodes

Delivery options - International
We welcome overseas customers and regularly ship all over the World.
Once you have selected your country on the basket page the available shipping options will be shown in a drop-down menu. If you have selected an option that is not available for your destination you will be advised when you enter you shipping details and asked to select an alternative method.
For European destinations we have airmail (up to 2kg) and courier (up to 20kg) shipping options available and for other Worldwide destinations we have airmail (up to 2kg) shipping options available as standard during checkout. A fully tracked airmail service is offered for those destinations where the postal system supports it. Airmail prices are dependent on weight and will be shown in your basket when a shipping option is selected.
If you select your country and you see a message saying 'The delivery method you have specified is invalid for your location', please contact us for a delivery cost as your country may be a destination for which we do not yet have a standard shipping option set up, or the items in your basket may be too heavy for our standard shipping options. Either way we will be able to supply you with a shipping cost to your destination and advise the most cost effective method.
Please note: International orders may be subject to import duties/taxes which are the responsibility of the buyer to pay. Delivery may be delayed if duties need to be paid.
We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within one working day of them being placed (subject to payment authorisation). Please note that some items are special order (e.g. reels of cable) and may take longer to dispatch. Where this applies it will be shown under 'availability' on the product page.
If there is a problem dispatching your order we'll contact you as soon as possible to discuss your options.
Please note that we are not open on weekends or public holidays.
We use Royal Mail and DHL dependent on the size and weight of the packed order.
Most light weight, low value items ship by Royal mail on an un-tracked service. If the item is higher value but still low weight then the order may ship by a Royal Mail Signed For service and a signature will be required on delivery.
Heavier, higher value orders and all next working day orders will ship by DHL (to serviced postcodes). You will receive tracking details with your order confirmation so that you can monitor delivery progress and you will receive a text message and/or e-mail from DHL confirming your delivery date. If you will not be available to sign for your parcel you can choose from various alternative delivery options through DHL's 'On Demand Delivery' service (accessible from your DHL text message or e-mail).
We want you to be satisfied with the products you have purchased from us so if you decide you no longer want the goods for any reason you have a period of 14 working days (starting from the day after you receive them) to return them to us for a no-quibble refund. When returning items to us we recommend using a tracked and insured service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. We cannot refund the cost of returning any goods to us unless the return is due to a faulty or damaged item, in which case we will reimburse you the postage cost. Please note: we are not able to offer a refund for cut-to-length or made-to-measure items such as cable, sleeving, tubing, bespoke kits etc. unless the goods are damaged/faulty/incorrect. Unwanted goods must be returned in their, original, un-damaged packaging (where applicable) and in a saleable condition.
