Heating Systems Now Available

We have just started stocking heating systems for motorhomes, caravans and campervans! We are stocking kits from two major manufacturers, Eberspacher and Truma.

Eberspacher

German manufacturer Eberspacher are one of the leading system developers and suppliers of exhaust technology, vehicle heaters and air-conditioning systems worldwide for leisure and commercial vehicles.

We have two different Eberspacher kits available on our site. Both of the kits contain the diesel heater with a fuel kit that connects to the diesel tank of a Volkswagen T5 or T6 van. The main difference between the two kits is the controller that is supplied with them. If you have a different van but would like one of these kits, contact us at sales@12voltplanet.co.uk as we may be able to get hold of the fuel kit for your van to make it compatible.

These kits provide extremely fast and efficient  interior heating. The heaters have 2.2kW capacities, they have various protection features built in and they can operate in temperatures as low as -40°C.

Truma

Truma are a German manufacturer of high quality products for caravans, campervans, boats and motorhomes. Truma are experts in heating, air conditioning and water systems. 

We are stocking the Truma Combi 4E Water and Space Heater with iNet X Control Panel (LPG Gas or 230v electric). This 4kW combi heater is a popular model in the Truma range that comes complete with a 4.3" digital display and various other parts. Ducting can be purchased separately to run into spaces in the vehicle where you would like outlets for the heat to come out from. This unit can be run from liquified gas (propane or butane), electricity or a mix of both. It has a 10L water tank and it can operate on water heating only when in 'summer' mode. When operating the unit from gas and electricity in mixed mode, electricity is prioritised to conserve gas and the water tank can be heated to 60°C in as little as 23 minutes in summer mode.
