Seems like a good product. Everything works straight out of the box just like the comprehensive instructions suggest.

Let me start by saying that this seems to be a perfectly good charger. It does its job, and it runs quietly and (so far at least) reliably. I would have given it 5 stars, but...

The UI and the manual! The first impression of the manual is that it's one of those which has been translated from a foreign language by a non-native English speaker, but on further study I don't think that's right. It's just been written by someone who brain-dumps
without reading it back and has a slightly odd writing style. It consistently uses the word "shall" when it means "will" (the two are not synonyms) and "alternatively" when it means "alternately". The biggest problem though is that it relies very much on you knowing what the author was thinking when he or she wrote it. The information isn't provided in any kind of structured way but just as a stream of the writer's consciousness. So much crucial information is left out that a lot of guesswork is involved in learning how to drive the unit.

The front panel user interface is of the same style - loads and loads of LEDs with cryptic annotations. Much work is required to discover what it's trying to tell you. Some of the LEDs aren't explained at all - cryptically labelled, but not explained.

Both manual and front panel have a really cramped appearance - as if someone was desperately trying to fit too much information into too little space. The manual needs a good editor to pull it apart, quiz the developers to fill in the lacunae, rearrange it in a way
that explains the principles of the device, then polish it to a readable form.

The unit would be much better with a small LCD display on the front to replace almost all the LEDs, and two to four navigation buttons.

To its credit, it does work satisfactorily just straight out of the box. Wire it up, turn it on and it works. The default settings are satisfactory for most installations, and if you're happy to treat it as an impenetrable black box then it's fine. I prefer to have a bit more understanding of what's going on though, and that's where it falls down. To get 5 stars the unit would need either a well-designed UI or a decent manual - currently it has neither.

I would offer to write them a decent manual, provided I could have access to someone who could answer all the questions which the current one leaves unanswered.

Very good service my questions were answered very well however I found the instructions a bit sketchy to follow so I went on YouTube and watched the video and found that a lot easier to follow it’s only been 3 days since I have used my vehicle and it started with no problem Good piece of kit I would recommend

Fantastic product easy to install

As title says a really good quality product which was delivered the next day and via the very user friendly website.

Awesome product. I was struggling to keep my batteries over 12.3 volts (about 60%) with my normal vsr/alternator. After installing this product it really supercharged my batteries 30 mins to an hour for almost fully charged now. It even charges whilst just sitting with the engine on no need to drive around to charge up.
