Closure Information For System Upgrade

Closure dates

• 27th Oct: Last day to order non-stock items (reels of cable, solar panels & batteries)
• 2nd Nov 11am : Checkout will close & no new orders will be taken.
• 5th Nov 9am: Checkout will Re-Open and sales/technical phone lines will re-open.

Important notes

• We aim to dispatch all orders placed up to the 2nd Nov before the end of the day. If we are unable to despatch your order we will contact you to discuss your options.
• Items in your basket during the closed period will be retained ordering once the website is re-opened^*

Sales & Technical Support

On the 1st Nov at 5pm, we will close our Sales & Technical support phone line & emails. We will re-open on the 5th Nov and will respond to your enquiries as soon as possible.
