Opening dates over Christmas and the New Year

• 24^th Dec: Telephone and e-mail support until 1pm
• 25^th Dec - 1^st Jan: Closed
• 2^nd Jan: Open as normal from 9am

Last guaranteed despatch dates

• If selecting our Standard Delivery service, please place orders by 3pm on Friday 20^th Dec to ensure delivery before Christmas.*
• If selecting one of our Next Working Day Delivery services , please place orders by 2pm on Friday 20^th December to ensure delivery before Christmas

We may be able to ship orders on the 23^rd and 24^th Dec but it is not guaranteed.

* Orders containing non-stock (special order) items are not guaranteed to be shipped before Christmas and may not arrive until the New Year. 

Ordering over Christmas

Please place online orders as normal during our closed dates and we will process them as quickly as possible on our return.  We ask that you bear with us whilst we process the backlog of orders in the New Year and we apologise in advance for any delays in despatch.
