Cube & MRBF Battery Terminal Fuses & Holders

These cube and MRBF fuses have a high interrupt capacity so are suitable for protecting cable distributing power from large battery banks that can produce very high short circuit currents. They are often used on main power feeds from batteries to inverters, bow thrusters, windlasses, etc.

Terminals clamps or bolt-down fuse blocks are available that allow the fuses to be fitted directly to your battery terminals, providing maximum protection by completely eliminating any un-protected section of cable between the battery and the first fuse.

Marine Rated Battery Fuses (MRBF) are similar to cube fuses but the fusible link is completely enclosed, making them ignition protected and therefore suitable for use around petrol, e.g. in lockers and engine compartments on boats.

Note: Cube and MRBF fuses are not interchangeable and should only be used with the specific holders recommended on our website.
